We’ve all been there, the joy of seeing a cake that looks amazing… turns to disappointment when it fails to deliver on taste. 

To ensure that your cake tastes as good as it looks I only use the freshest and finest ingredients in my tried and tested recipes including local free range eggs, real butter, Madagascan Vanilla, fine Belgian Chocolate and a top quality jam and preserves, like also homemade curds and pralines.  
 
All of my cakes contain four perfectly even layers of cake (unless agreed otherwise) torted with three generous layers of heavenly light buttercream and delicious preserves. Cakes can be coated with buttercream or a layer of delicious white or dark chocolate ganache and a fine layer of the highest quality fondant for a smooth and sleek finish.

Allergen Information: All of my cakes are produced in an environment where gluten, eggs, nuts, soya and dairy are present. And although all the care has been taken to eliminate cross contamination I cannot guarantee that my product will be free of traces. 

Special Dietary Requirements: I am happy to accommodate different dietary needs, including various food intolerances, however I am not able to cater for people with severe allergies.

Double Chocolate Truffle Cake
Delicious and rich chocolate sponge is a dream for any chocolate lover.
Made with Belgian chocolate and filled with light chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream.
White Chocolate Mud Cake
Moist white chocolate mud cake layered with delicious raspberry buttercream and raspberry preserve. 
Vanilla Buttermilk Cake
Light and full of flavour vanilla cake layered with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream and your choice of preserve.
Coffee Hazelnut Praline Cake
Full of coffee flavour, light buttermilk cake layered with delicious coffee buttercream and crunchy hazelnut praline.  
Pina Colada Cake 
Delicious coconut sponge filled with Malibu infused buttercream and pineapple jam.
Carrot Cake
A perfectly balanced cake, packed with juicy carrots, pineapple and walnuts. Filled with a delicate orange Swiss meringue buttercream. 
Red Velvet Cake
Light and full of flavour buttermilk classic. Filled with a white chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream.
Lemon Cake
A light lemon sponge, filled with lushes of home made lemon curd and a delicate Swiss meringue buttercream.
Rich Fruit Cake
A traditional luxurious fruit cake packed with brandy soaked fruit. Made several weeks in advanced and finished with a layer of natural marzipan.
